Where Is My Order?

All orders will be tracked. Tracking will be available once your parcel has been dispatched. Any further queries you may have please e-mail earthsriches@outlook.com and include your order number, or alternatively submit a contact form on our contact page.

Once you have completed payment for your order, you will then be directed to our confirmation page which will contain your order number.

Payment and Shipping

We are able to accept the following methods for card payments: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address containing your order number. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once the E Riches team have processed your order, a second email will be sent to let you know your order has been dispatched.

UK Mainland delivery times is usually within 3 - 5 working days from your dispatch date.

International delivery times is usually within 5 - 7 working days from your dispatch date.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All transactions through our website are processed using industry-standard encryption systems, which will protect sensitive information such as your name, address and payment card details. This means the data you pass to our website is encrypted and cannot be intercepted.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on our product however, should there by any issue with the delivery of your parcel, and a replacement will need issuing we will handle this ASAP once we have been notified.
